Söderberg & Partners Expands UK Presence with Investments in Three More IFA Firms

Swedish wealth manager Söderberg & Partners continues its expansion in the UK with investments in three more IFA firms. HCF Partnership and Essex Financial Management Ltd, Grosvenor Consultancy, and Prosperity IFA are the latest additions to Söderberg’s growing portfolio.

HCF Partnership and Essex Financial Management, based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, have been providing financial services since 1982. With a focus on helping clients manage their wealth and health, HCF aims to reach more clients with the support of Söderberg & Partners.

Grosvenor Consultancy, located in Bristol and Swindon, boasts £650m of client assets under management and a strong team of advisers and support staff. The firm prides itself on client and adviser retention, making it an attractive investment for Söderberg.

Prosperity IFA, founded in 2012 in Crowborough, manages around £130m of client money and is known for delivering exceptional service to clients in the South East. The firm builds lasting relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Gustaf Rentzhog, CEO of Söderberg & Partners, expressed excitement about the recent investments, stating, “Our strategy in the UK market has always been to invest in the best advice businesses and help them grow. We are pleased to support these firms in scaling up and improving efficiencies.”

The managing directors of the three firms also shared their enthusiasm for the partnership with Söderberg. Kevin Simmons of HCF Partnership Ltd and Essex Financial Management Ltd, Ben Olson of Grosvenor Consultancy, and Simon Munday of Prosperity IFA all highlighted the shared values and growth opportunities that come with partnering with Söderberg.

Söderberg & Partners previously invested in four other IFA firms and revealed plans to buy a stake in Bath-based Fidelius earlier this year. The firm’s strategy to invest in advice firms and support their growth in the UK market is evident through these recent developments.
